Position Summary: Working with autonomy, the Inspector is responsible for conducting on-site inspections and investigations of licensed facilities and individuals to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with laws and regulations.
• Visit establishments to confirm adherence to licensing standards.
• Investigate complaints and potential violations.
• Document inspections using appropriate equipment.
• Issue documents for licensing boards.
• Act as a subject matter expert in assigned areas.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations.
• Provide reports to inspected entities.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Prepare for and participate in board hearings.

Supervision: Not required

Minimum Qualifications: Three (3) years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications: Not applicable

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and extensive management experience, or a significant combination of education and job-specific experience.
