    Join us at GoRascal, where we offer highly competitive commission splits to our Mortgage Loan Originators, ranging from 250 to 275bps per unit/loan (No undisclosed fees)! On average, our Loan Officers produce 2.5 loans per month with the support of our Sales team and lender partners.
