Job summary
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our Memory Care center to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality efficient care. As an LVN you will be responsible as a charge nurse in the assigned Health Care Center under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.Responsibilities
- Supervises and provides nursing care in accordance with physician orders.
- Performs duties related to pre-admission admission and discharge of residents.
- Maintains a safe environment for residents Monitors supervises Health Support Assistants ensuring they are providing appropriate care for residents meeting their needs.
