Job summary
The selected candidate will be the principle administrative support person in the park office involved in every aspect of the operation of the park office and revenue collection locations.Prepare daily/weekly attendance and revenue reports expenditure records and payroll Ensure purchase requisitions are completed in a timely manner Ensure Park permit inquiries are being responded to and permits are issued in a timely manner Conduct audits prepare employee paperwork train and supervise cashiers revenue and office staff Answer telephones file monitor radio communications provide information to visitors Manage gift shop inventory tracking sales and ordering merchandise as needed Monitor inventory requisition materials tools equipment supplies Write letters prepare other documents for internal external communications Order maintain office supplies Assign supervise review train evaluate work lower-level employees Assist emergency situations applying procedures practices Assist direct staff patrons minimize potential problems Assist large event concert operations staffing revenue collection points traffic control.
