    Description

    Growing law firm in the Los Angeles area is a powerhouse in plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation.

    We prosecute consumer and employment class actions involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters. We have recovered millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of employees and consumers in California.

    Opportunity

    This is an opportunity to get experience working with a top firm in state and federal plaintiffs-side class action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies.

    We are seeking highly-qualified attorneys to join our team as litigation associates due to our large number of active cases throughout the state.

    Hiring Criteria

    • Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission to the California bar.
    • Experience in civil litigation is preferred, including discovery, oral advocacy, motion practice, and depositions.
    • Candidates must be able to travel occasionally.
    • A positive attitude and interest in joining a successful firm and collegial group of attorneys dedicated to helping those who have experienced injustice in the workplace across California.
