    The Lead Clinician at LaserAway plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional aesthetic dermatological services within LaserAway clinics.

    The Lead Clinician works closely with the Location Director, Medical Regional Supervisor, and other LaserAway leadership team members to ensure clinicians are trained in all services provided at LaserAway.

    The Lead Clinician provides exemplary patient care per protocol and sets an example for other clinicians.

    • The Lead Clinician demonstrates a high standard for excellent customer service and patient care.
    • Works in collaboration with the remote medical team in handling patient concerns expeditiously.
    • Clinic Morale and Collaboration
    • Works in partnership with the Location Director to foster a healthy relationship between medical and sales/management teams.
    • Regularly evaluates the overall morale within the clinic by gathering feedback and engaging in open communication with employees.
    • The Lead Clinician and Location Director meet regularly with the Human Resources Business Partner to discuss clinic morale and areas of opportunity.
    • Realizes that sometimes the patient schedule is extremely busy and that the in-clinic teams must work together to provide outstanding treatments and customer service, even under busy conditions.
    • The Lead Clinician meets weekly with the Location Director to discuss Key Performance indicators (including but not limited to):
    • Patient experience survey results (NPS scores).
    • Clinical Operations
    • The Lead Clinician works in collaboration with the Location Director to hold the rest of the team accountable for turning over rooms, helping unpack and organize clinical supplies, keeping an accurate inventory, and optimizing clinic flow.
    • Has a positive mental attitude and helps sales teams with upsells.
    • Monitors adverse reactions and maintains regular patient follow up until care is finalized.
    • Manages inventory discrepancies.
    • Monitors repair tickets for their location (Machine Repairs, Facilities, IT),
    • Training
    • Works in collaboration with the Regional, Training Team and Scheduling
    • Team to complete assigned training for all clinicians that work in their clinic.
    • Is willing to travel to other clinics to assist in training within their region.
    • Is able to recognize training needs and communicate the needs with regional supervisor.
    Associate's degree is required, Bachelors or an advanced degree is preferred.

    • Preferably one year of aesthetic dermatology experience or one year of charge nurse experience
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of medical aesthetics treatments and protocols.
    • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficient in Google Suite and familiarity with clinic management software.
    • Weekend Availability Required
    Proficient eye-hand-foot coordination when operating aesthetic devices and administering injectables.

    • Can lift equipment up to 8 pounds
    • Primarily works in air-conditioned treatment rooms where occasional beeping noises may be present.
    • Frequently moves devices on wheels across short distances within treatment rooms, requiring a pushing and pulling force of up to 35 pounds.
    Hourly Rate is $50/hr and a weekend differential of $5/hr for shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
