Powder Coater Racker- 1st Shift Job Description

• This position is responsible for producing components from a variety of operations (auto and manual booths, masking, burn off). The associate is expected to always follow standard work and follow through with instructions provided from their Powder Coat Shooter.
• Responsibilities include setting up the line, using control plans blue prints job routers and work instructions verifying quality documents parts and racks before beginning the set-up process maintaining quality quantity and standard work procedures throughout the powder coat area performing associated powder coat operations assigned by supervisor flexing to areas of constraint such as Die Cast secondary Assembly etc.
