Job summary
The CT Technologist performs computed tomography (CT), general radiology, and fluoroscopy procedures to produce cross-section images of patient's internal organs and tissues for diagnosis of medical issues.Responsibilities And Duties
- Performs accurate CT procedures according to protocol.
- Correctly makes modifications for positioning, slice thickness and intravenous contrast administration.
- Explains procedures, gathers pertinent information, reviews and confirms with patient; patient history and information given by patient on the contrast history questionnaire form.
