Description
Provide adult mental health to adults and children by completing initial and updated BH assessments, safety plans, ANSA, provide individual/ group counseling, C-SSRS, develop treatment plans, and utilize best practices for goals/objectives and interventions.
Other duties involve completing notes by the end of the business day. Complete discharge summaries/ close charts, per giving protocol.NOTE:
McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates.

Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
TB testing will be required upon appointment.
