    Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru is is seeking a part-time Service Lane Greeter/Lot Porter The Automotive Service Greeter is the first point of contact for customers visiting the automotive service center. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility is to greet customers warmly, assist them with their needs, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.

    Schedule:

    Every Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM & Saturday 8AM-3PM

    Responsibilities:

    1. Greet customers as they arrive at the service center and inquire about their reason for visiting.
    2. Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or department based on their needs.
    3. Provide information about available services, promotions, and special offers to customers.
    4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service center's waiting area and customer lounge.
    5. Monitor service center activity and communicate with service advisors to ensure efficient workflow.
    6. Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and escalate issues to management when necessary.
    7. Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety protocols, and confidentiality.
    8. Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes, including managing loaner vehicles if available.

    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Previous customer service experience.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
    5. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with coworkers.
    6. Valid Driver's License
