Manufacturing Process Engineer
for our client, a successful plastic extrusion manufacturer located in Des Plaines, Illinois. The goal for this
Manufacturing Process Engineer
is to develop and implement strategies in Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing to optimize workflows and streamline operations, ensuring efficient practices.

Key responsibilities:
Responsible for daily production support including initiating Engineering process changes, identifying opportunities for improvement while participating in cross-functional problem-solving teams.
Develop product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends. Manage database for manufacturing rates for the quoting process.
Establish and maintain product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvements and validations
Create product/process reports by collecting manufacturing and production trends
Manage database for manufacturing rates at key processes to assist Project Managers with the quoting process
