    Job Description


    The Account Supervisor is responsible for reviewing all deliverables prior to client submission and share in accountability for all client deliverables.

    This role works in conjunction with the Account Director to fulfill client campaign planning, execution, management and analysis.

    This role interfaces with our clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship.

    This position is designed for someone with a minimum of 4 to 7 years of CRM work experience and is the key contributor for all client day to day issues and projects.


    The Account Supervisor also works closely with the project management, strategy, data, analytics, and creative and email/print production teams to appropriately define the client's opportunity and deliver a set of solutions aimed at fulfilling brand objectives.

    Being able to multi-task, problem solve, identify new solutions and bring a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment is paramount.


    Core Duties and Responsibilities:
    Learns client's product and services
    Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment, are required
    Demonstrates bigger picture understanding of client's marketing strategy and can communicate how current data insights/tactics associate with longer-term strategy objectives
    Anticipates client questions and has thought out answers/solutions; handles client escalations
    Always thinking about how we can better serve clients and grow their business
    Owns area of expertise and can confidently answer client/team questions
    Demonstrates thinking/communicating from the client's perspective as well as agency's
    Develops presentations and other materials needed for client meetings in English
    Performs day-to-day client contact
    Coordinates deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc.)
    Partners with Project Management to monitor and direct as necessary the day-to-day project flow.
    Provides clear and timely direction to all other agency departments: team meetings, work order process with Project Managers
    Develops and presents creative briefs to clients and internal teams; contributes to review of creative throughout creative development process
    Communicates audience segments and messaging specific to these segments to the Data Operations team responsible for creating Business Rule Document (BRD), identifies potential data challenges from client and helps Data Operations team to identify solutions; reviews BRD prior to client presentation
    Partners with Analytics team to identify business questions to be answered in analytic reports; reviews and provides input on reports prior to client presentation
    Provides link matrix to Email Dev team and participates in email testing; reviews direct mail proofs prior to printing where necessary
    Prioritizes & sets expectations on deliverables
    Drives client communication and cross team coordination
    Supports billing and financial reconciliation activities, including monthly revenue recognition and projection direct responsibility

    Qualifications

    Requires both CRM and automotive and/or subscriptions services marketing experience.
    Ability to work Eastern Standard Time office hours
    Excel and MS Office proficiency required
    Strong time-management and organizational skills
    Strong client-service orientation and proven team player
    Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
    Ability to direct, review and translate post program analytics

    Additional Information

    Compensation Range:
    $73,500- $84,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
