Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates by calculating various statistical data, prepare quantity takeoff, labor and material pricing and equipment costs
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Review design options and recommend the best solution based on cost, quality or availability of materials.
• Organize, manage, process and complete all payment applications and other reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelors or equivalent degree in a related field such as engineering or construction or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong background in construction
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Must possess a valid driver license.
