    Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice

    • Monday - Friday schedule with participants finished by 3pm
    • 3 - 9 patients per day with extended one-on-one time
    • Travel to assisted living and skilled nursing facilities as needed
    • Call coverage 1:4 rotation with experienced RN triage support
    • Team-based care with interdisciplinary meetings twice weekly
    • Family medicine, geriatrics, or primary care experience required
    • Hospital privileges required
    • Board certification required

    Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
