Logistics Assistant Associate
with our North American Ministries Alaska team in Soldotna, AK.
As a Logistics Assistant Associate, you will have the opportunity to coordinate with the Volunteer Logistics Manager for assessment and prioritization of projects.

At Samaritan's Purse, the Gospel is the center of all we do We start each day with a time of devotion and spend time praying for each other and our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.
In the role ofLogistics Assistant Associate,
you will have the opportunity to:1.
Accept delivery of food orders each morning; unload the truck and place food in the freezers for Church Rebuild, OHOP, Mystic Lake and Soldotna.
Identify correct supplies required for the projects.
3.
Maintain cleanliness in the hangars.
4.
Weigh all items with accuracy and provide pilots with weight and balance details
5.
Pick-up and deliver equipment, supplies and materials needed for the project
6.
Pick-up passengers at Kenai Municipal Airport and transport to Soldotna
7.
Organize the schedule of delivery to the project site.
8.
Tack and tag all inventory assigned to Projects in Alaska.
9.
Deliver tools and supplies to project sites; assist with checking tools in and out, as needed.
10.
Follow policies and procedures of Samaritans Purse as set forth in the
Policy Manual
.
11.
Attend daily morning devotions and participate in prayer support for the ministry, its donors and volunteers.
12.
Maintain a strong Christian witness to colleagues, vendors, charitable beneficiaries and the general public.
13.
Other duties may be assigned that are not specifically identified within the content of the job description.
