    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Salesperson to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving the selling process in the technology software industry within the North America market with a potential global impact. You will utilize your extensive industry knowledge and established senior executive contacts and technology industry experience to achieve sales targets on specific Fortune 100 accounts and contribute to the growth of our organization.

    This is a remote position located in the United States. We will only consider candidates currently in the United States and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.


    Job Description:

    About You:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in the technology software industry.
    • Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to deliver integrated solutions to customers.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our software solutions.
    • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.


    About the Role:

    • 10+ of proven track record of success in sales in the technology software industry.
    • Strong network of senior executive contacts in the industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of the software security landscape is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
    • Travel: Minimum of 25%
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or MBA is a plus.
