- Disassembling, fixing, and reassembling equipment by interpreting blueprints, manuals or drawings
- Potential to work with Quality to develop efficiencies and resolutions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical and mechanical mindset required to determine correlations between test results and failures
- Must read and understand blueprints, drawings, and materials
