- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business management, math, or science; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One (1) additional year experience in healthcare patient accounting or patient financial management; OR demonstrated proficiency working as a Supervisor of Outreach and Enrollment at Southcentral Foundation.
- Certification as a State of Alaska - Certified Application Counselor (CAC)
- Completion of Department of Veterans Affairs-Tribal Veteran Representative training

Description
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Manager of Outreach and Enrollment is responsible for guiding and coordinating the work of the group of employees towards established goals and objectives. The Health Benefits Specialist and the Benefits Enrollment Specialist teams assists SCF to achieve the goal of increasing the number of customer-owners enrolled with a third-party payer.
This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
