- Administer client medications, including injections, and monitor medication compliance and side effects.
- Document relevant client activities during shifts to track progress and behaviors.
- Screen and monitor detoxification clients to ensure their medical needs are met.
- Communicate any client/patient problems or emergencies to appropriate personnel for timely responses.
- Prepare and facilitate education groups to support clients' treatment journey.
- Assist in orienting clients to their rights and clinic rules, fostering a positive environment.
- Registered Nurse: Licensed in Missouri.
- Willingness to Grow: Open to becoming licensed in additional states and comfortable with providing telehealth services.
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri.
- Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
