- Oversee supervisor duties, manage daily schedules, staffing needs, and task assignments
- Supervise staff to ensure compliance with FPA policies including HR, clinical department, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Manage patient communication for results, reports, and procedures follow-up
- Monitor provider and ancillary schedules for optimal scheduling
- Facilitate patient flow in the office
- Address patient, provider, or staff concerns appropriately
- Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance patient care
- Develop patient educational tools as needed
- Conduct or participate in various practice meetings
- Manage operational planning, budget preparation, and project implementation
- Collaborate with staff and providers on operational workflow changes
- Approve employee attendance timecards and PTO
- Participate in hiring, orientation, and training of new clinical staff
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of a Certified Medical Assisting Program, LPN, or RN
- 2-5 years of clinical experience with electronic health records preferred
- Supervisor/management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Physical ability to assist patients and manage high patient volume
