    THIS POSITION IS REMOTE

    • Join us as our Technical (Engineering) Director, a key member of our management team.
    • Assess and execute plans to evaluate the effectiveness of our product lines.
    • Develop and nurture vendor relationships and streamline procedures.
    • Analyze our competitive stance in the industry and collaborate with executives on product innovation.
    • Lead product development initiatives and oversee technical aspects of design.
    • Stay updated on new production methods and technologies to enhance business units.
    • Participate in field studies and implement tooling strategies for products.
    • Work collaboratively with the team towards achieving common objectives.
    • Independently manage tasks with strong communication skills.
    • Provide leadership during critical production phases or start-up deadlines.

    Qualifications: BS in Engineering required. Minimum 8 years of experience in waterworks infrastructure and centrifugal casting.
