Director of Nursing - Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, coordinating, and delivering healthcare services/training programs
Supervising clinical personnel and providing clinical teaching
Maintaining fiscal accountability and monitoring operations
Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and leading case conferences
Facilitating communication between staff, family, and community medical providers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience in healthcare management with multiple age groups
Working knowledge of local, state, and federal funding sources
Excellent communicator with ability to handle concurrent tasks
