Support optimization and further development of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) used in the department configure operate and maintain MES ensuring smooth functionality across the system independently resolving system issues or routing IT tickets to higher-level support units implementing defined necessary adjustments during productive operation under guidance of experienced key users.
