Colton RV & Marine is seeking a passionate Facilities Janitorial Associate to split time between our two Southtowns Facilities - Orchard Pak and Blasdell, NY. We need someone that is dependable, a team player, and that doesn't mind a hard day's work with a team of people that appreciate what you do

Your accountabilities would include:

• Clean all restrooms, fill paper products
• Dry mop show room, Vacuum carpets and area rugs. Wet mop as needed
• Dry mop parts store, Vacuum area rugs
• Wet mop floors as needed
• Empty trash cans throughout dealership; includes several offices
• Monitor/remove trash at dealership campground, dump stations and surrounding building
• General housekeeping to include periodic cleaning of windows
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior of the building
• Ability to complete daily task in a timely fashion
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Work Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Valid Drivers' License with a clean driving record

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Janitorial experience is a plus, but is not required
