- Assist in preparation and oversight of annual wall to wall Government Furnished Property inventories facilitated and coordinated by DAPML.
- Assist in facilitating Program meetings, capturing meeting minutes and action items for both Program Management and Logistics.
- Monitor and report performance against established plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Enter Program Initiation Documents (PIDs) for the EW team into the PMT tool for routing and tracking.
- Maintain the EW/Threat Jammer IPT Sharepoint/Microsoft Teams files.
- Assist with EW Logistics and Engineering ECP acceptance and process.
- Act as direct support to the EW Program IPT Lead and IPT Deputy to ensure ongoing Modernization, Tech Refresh, and Procurement projects.
- Assist in financial reviews to ensure EW financial efforts are on track and complete

The Senior Program Analyst will assist in managing the operational and business aspects for the EW Threat/Jammer Acquisitions to achieve acquisition objectives
The incumbent will:
Functional Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
Tracks program/project status and schedules
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
Required Education:
Senior - MA/MS degree Required Experience : Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
