Wellist is seeking a Directory Analyst reporting into our Head of Directory Operations based in Boston.

The Directory Analyst will play a pivotal role in scaling one of Wellist's most valuable assets - the resource directory.

You will excel at organizing unstructured data, building processes that scale, and driving innovative approaches that result in valuable resources - such as financial assistance, emotional support, transportation, etc.

- Your work will be foundational to launching new clients and keeping our directory updated and of the highest quality for our users.

You will comb through, structure and categorize unstructured client materials and data, enabling successful client launches.

• You will have a high attention to detail and be thorough with building data sets for benefits and community resources.
• You will learn about our data tagging systems and leverage that knowledge to drive efficiency inside the Directory team.
• You will work with our outsourced partners to ensure they are meeting quantity and quality standards based on the processes you helped build and manage.
• You will actively help manage our outsourced partners as needed and identify ways to track and ensure their productivity and quality.
• You will work across Wellist teams to drive quality and productivity for the entire company.

Ability to structure problems and data to drive insights enabling decision making.

• High attention to detail and thorough with building data sets
• Communication skills that cross functional areas such as tech, client services, call center.
• Very comfortable with data and technology and able to dive into data with ease. a fluency in English is required.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and tackling complex problems.
• Experience making phone calls to external parties (cold-calling skills).
• Proficiency with SW: internet searches, Microsoft (Word/Excel), Google (Docs/Sheets).
