Essential Duties for Senior HVAC Estimator:
- Working knowledge of estimating all HVAC & mechanical construction work
- Capable of conceptual estimating and developing total cost packages
- Can quickly develop order-of-magnitude pricing recaps
- Up to date with current market conditions including unit pricing
- Estimates consistent with the plan to build
- Proficient with Procore
- Understand and review Sub change pricing accordingly for accuracy
- Lead a team of HVAC estimators
Requirements for Senior HVAC Estimator:
- 10+ years of experience in estimating and quantity take-offs
- Valid Driver's license
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, respect, detail-oriented, and time-management skills are necessary.
- Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
