Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.

Assessment and Scoping :
Conduct thorough damage assessments, create detailed scopes of work, and estimate repair costs.

Communication :
Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project status.

Budget Management :
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.

Quality Control :
Ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Risk Mitigation :
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership :
Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.

Documentation :
Maintain accurate records, including photos, reports, and invoices.

Compliance :
Adhere to local regulations, building codes, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience :
Insurance restoration or related field preferred, but not required.

Certifications :
Familiarity with Xactimate, Dash, or similar preferred, but not required.

Leadership Skills :
Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.

Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving :
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Customer Service :
Client-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Background :
