About a well-respected boutique immigration law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its growing team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage family-based immigration filings (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) ,
- Draft waivers (I-601, I-601A), affidavits of support, and supporting documentation ,
- Assist with consular processing and client interview preparation ,
- Manage naturalization cases (N-400) ,
- Prepare humanitarian applications (VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa) ,
A well-respected boutique immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its growing team in Miami FL. The role involves managing complex family-based and humanitarian immigration cases while providing critical support on litigation matters. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely most days with in-office time for client meetings and team collaboration.
This position requires experience as a paralegal in immigration law including litigation cases preferably with strong drafting organizational case management skills fluency in Spanish ability to work independently collaboratively fast-paced environment compassionate communication style diverse populations Professional development opportunities are provided along with a supportive collaborative culture meaningful work navigating the US Immigration process.
