- High school diploma, AA, or college degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Strong work ethic and a positive team-player mindset
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Experience with Rent Café, Yardi, and CRM is a plus
- Generate traffic of potential residents
- Qualify residents and process applications

- Handle additional tasks and projects as needed
