This is a full-time, on-site role based in McDonough, GA for a General Manager.
The General Manager will oversee the operational and financial success of the center, including managing daily operations and driving membership growth.
Key responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of coaches and staff, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
The General Manager will also monitor metrics, implement business strategies, and maintain communication with corporate leadership while championing the KidStrong mission.
QualificationsLeadership and Management:
Previous experience in team management, staff training, and leadership development to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Operational Expertise:
Strong skills in operational management, process implementation, and problem-solving to drive business results efficiently.
Customer Engagement:
Exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills to deliver an outstanding member experience.
Sales and Marketing:
Proven background in sales, marketing, and community engagement to promote membership growth and retention.
Organizational Skills:
Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail to handle daily operational tasks and schedules effectively.
Passion for Child Development:
Knowledge or interest in child development and confidence-building, with a dedication to the KidStrong mission.
Flexibility and Availability:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
