    Description

    About the Position
    A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), plays a crucial role in providing healthcare to clients and patients in various settings such as homes, hospitals, and facilities under the supervision of a nurse.

    They assist individuals under their care with daily activities, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

    • Position: Long Term Care CNA - Spokane WA
    • Shift: 8hr Days
    • Ratios: 1:15-25
    • Experience: 1 Year of Skilled Long Term Care required
    Requirements
    • Weekend availability
    • Available for every other weekend
    • No on-call requirement
    • Open to accommodating block schedules
    • Consult with hiring manager regarding any RTO restrictions
    • Facility may cancel up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent patient care
    • Respond to patient calls effectively
    • Assist patients with daily activities, hygiene, and mobility
    • Reposition bedridden patients as needed
    • Ensure proper nutrition for patients
    • Communicate patient information to relevant medical staff
    • Record and report changes in patient health

    Educational Requirements

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree

    Certifications

    • CNA certificate, BLS

    *Work Schedule: Day Shift, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (06:00 - 14:30)

    Must have:

    • CNA license
    • BLS- AHA
