    Exciting Opportunity for Nuclear Medicine Technologists

    Job Description:

    • Join a dynamic team as a Nuclear Medicine Tech, where you'll play a vital role in patient care
    • Shift: Day 5x8Hour (07:00 15:30)
    • Experience: No previous travel required; new travelers welcome
    Patient Ratios: 1:11 during day shifts.

    • Perform a variety of procedures:
    • Gastric Emptying
    • HIDA Scan
    • PET Scan
    • Bone Scan and much more
    • Work with stateoftheart equipment:
    • Siemens PET CT
    • Siemens and Philips nuclear medicine cameras
    • Experience an engaging work environment with:
    • Interdisciplinary support from Radiology and Transportation teams
    • 3 patient rooms, seeing approximately 10 patients per day
    • Call Required: Yes, on call every third week.
    • Pre-
    Approved Time Off: 1 request allowed.

    Orientation Hours: 24

    • Patients: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
    • Certification Requirements:
    • NMTCB and PET (preferred)
    • Skills:
    • Management/lead experience (preferred)
    • Drawing venous blood
    • Isolation precautions/PPE
    • Starting and maintaining IVs
    • Safely handling radioactive materials
