    Job Description:
    Perform a variety of complex laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease

    Ensure accurate and timely reporting of lab results to medical staff

    Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments

    Adhere to quality control standards and safety protocols

    Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to provide accurate diagnostic support

    Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics


    Education and Certification Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field

    Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license required

    ASCP or AMT certification preferred

    Must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical laboratory experience

    Recent Blood Bank (BB) experience required
