    Wellbore Integrity Solutions, based in Houston, Texas, was founded by experienced industry professionals with a strong background in the wellbore integrity market and broad global expertise in oilfield services, manufacturing, and E&P. With the tools and technologies acquired by WIS, we focus on delivering on-site services to enhance and prolong the lifespan of oil, gas, and geothermal wells. Our service portfolio covers a wide spectrum of well intervention solutions, ranging from fishing and remedial activities to slot recovery, coiled tubing, final well abandonment, and more.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Set up and operate various types of CNC Machines like Mori Seiki Model SVL500 4-Axis to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
    • Proficiency in programming is a key requirement for this role, along with operational and set-up skills.
    • Monitor machine controls, make necessary adjustments to meet product specifications, and change cutting tools as needed.
    • Interpret dimensions and tooling guidelines from work orders and blueprints accurately.
    • Ensure machined parts adhere to defined product specifications.
    • Handle material loading and unloading, aligning it as per specifications.
    • Execute complex machine operations requiring precise set-ups and troubleshooting with utmost accuracy.
    • Proficient in operating machine controls like Fanuc, Mazak, HEIDENHAIN, and Siemens, with the ability to adapt to in-house control systems.
    • Modify programs when necessary to achieve compliant machined components.
    • Maintain traceability of machined parts and components.
    • Undertake special projects as assigned.
    • Adhere to company guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • High School Diploma or GED is a must
    • Preferred 7 years of relevant experience
    • Essential knowledge of machinery and manufactured products
    • Strong understanding of shop math
    • Availability for on-call duty with short notice
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical documents, drawings, and diagrams

    *Hourly Rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and skill set*
