    Balance your practice with defined call limits and 10- to 12-hour shifts. A leading integrated academic healthcare delivery system seeks a General Anesthesiologist in the Scranton, PA, area.     Opportunity Highlights

    ·       Become part of a 70+ physician anesthesiology group serving a broad regional patient base

    ·       Join a leading integrated academic healthcare delivery system spanning 11 hospitals with steady growth across the region

    ·       Take in-house call at a maximum of 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend each month

    ·       Live and work in the dynamic Scranton, PA, area

    ·       Deliver general anesthesia services, including obstetrics, with the option to focus on preferred case types

    ·       The incoming Anesthesiologist will oversee CRNA teams, typically directing 2–4 operating rooms concurrently

    ·       Work consistent 10- or 12-hour shifts, averaging 45–48 hours weekly

    ·       Contribute to a system performing about 90,000 procedures annually and 300 surgeries daily across all 11 hospitals

    ·       Choose call dates with the physician scheduler, many shifts filled voluntarily for additional compensation

    ·       Collaborate with subspecialty anesthesiologists in cardiac, pediatric, and other advanced disciplines
