    Description

    SIGN ON BONUSES AND REFERRAL BONUSES OFFERED


    Open Arms Care (OAC) is currently looking for Caregiver to join our team and work full-time in one of our nine community-based homes, located in Knoxville, TN.

    Offer a competitive hourly rate, starting at $15+/HR plus sign-on bonuses and paid training to provide you with the support & tools for you to succeed towards your career path advancement and opportunities.

    HOME HEALTH AIDE BENEFITS:
    Medical/Dental/Vision
    Shift Differentials ($0.25) Per Hour
    Referral Bonuses $300 & Sign-on Bonuses $500
    Paid Training
    Starting @ $15 Per Hour

    Provides direct personal care to clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities to support them in reaching their maximum level of independence for daily living activities.
