Description

SK tes is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's human capital needs and fostering a positive work environment. The position will be based out of our Fredericksburg, VA location.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers, and support the development of performance improvement plans as needed.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, resolving employee inquiries and conflicts, and promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations; update and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies; assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, including those related to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour requirements, and workplace safety; ensure company compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate with our process improvement team to develop training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
HR Information Systems (HRIS): Utilize HRIS software to maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making within the HR department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Multi-site support experience preferred.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
