- Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers, and support the development of performance improvement plans as needed.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, resolving employee inquiries and conflicts, and promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations; update and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies; assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
- Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, including those related to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour requirements, and workplace safety; ensure company compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate with our process improvement team to develop training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
- HR Information Systems (HRIS): Utilize HRIS software to maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making within the HR department.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Multi-site support experience preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
