- Executive Assistance:
- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Prioritize the CEO's time and ensure that their schedule is optimized for maximum productivity.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and presentations for regular leadership meetings and annual Board executive sessions.
- Assist the Sports & Social Committee in organizing and executing planned events.
- Arrange both domestic and international travel for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and crafting itineraries.
- Ensure that all travel arrangements are efficient, well-organized, and cost-effective.
- Process travel expense reports on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Safeguard the privacy of executive communications and documents.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, and partners.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and both internal and external contacts to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting C-suites and corporate offices
- Proven experience in office management or executive assistance roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information responsibly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, resourceful attitude with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities
