    INTRODUCTION & PRIMARY FOCUS: Growing security guard company needs a Recruiter/Staffing Manager to focus on finding, interviewing, and hiring mostly entry-level security guards. Most locations will be Retail Stores located in Malibu and West Hollywood and the Recruiter/Staffing Manager must be willing to stand-in at this job sites (or wherever deemed necessary by Company), working as a security guard while taking on other managerial tasks such as interviewing, scheduling, time and attendance keeping, basic admin work, and training For this multi-hat-wearing Position, a high volume of expected daily calls and documentation is required. The Recruiting/ Staffing Manager will work in conjunction with our CEO to ensure our staff is satisfied, all positions are filled, and our client are happy. This is a fabulous training ground to learn all aspects of the security guard business, and a good Recruiter/Staffing Manager can move quickly up in this company.

    SCHEDULE This job is full time, Day Shift. Includes weekends.

    LOCATION Most likely West Hollywood and Malibu. Other locations include Culver City or El Segundo. A willingness to work where needed is necessary.

    START DATE: Must be able to start right away

    PROBATION AND PAY: After a 90 day probationary period of demonstrated success, a salary or raise may be offered. Until then, during training and probation, we will mutually agree-upon a fair hourly wage. Both parties must make sure this is a good fit

    EXPERIENCE : though not required, we prefer someone with prior staffing and/or security experience. Most importantly, however, we want a smart, reliable, hard-working individual who seeks a challenging career in service-based Management, likes the idea of wearing various hats with an emphasis on Recruiting and understands the important of hiring quality people.

    SKILLS: Strong verbal and writing ability. Is familiar with Excel. Ideally, someone tech-savvy. Good customer-service, detail-oriented, solid work ethic
