    HiFyve is hiring a Plant Manager in the Food/Beverage production industry in MNThe Plant Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all Operating departments within the site.

    This individual will work closely with plant management, plant employees, and serve as a liaison with DFA's enterprise-wide functional departments.

    The role specifically focuses on managing the Milk Receiving, Production Department, Maintenance, Wastewater, and Warehouse departments.


    Salary:
    $150,000 - $175, % BonusFull Relocation Package availableFull benefits packageJob Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the health, safety, and well-being of team members.
    Promote active employee participation in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities, including hazard identification and mitigation.
    Ensure timely reporting and investigation of EHS events.
    Verify that the manufacturing team is appropriately staffed to meet business requirements.
    Mentor, train, and coach facility leadership team members to understand their roles and responsibilities within the organization.

    Empower teams to improve equipment reliability using industry-standard tools such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Preventive Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance.

    Partner with key stakeholders to ensure an effective Capital and Expense Project Management process.


    Education Requirements:

    Education:

    Undergraduate degree (work experience may be substituted) and 8+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2 years of management experience.

    Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
