Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 3 creatives: Photographer Graphic Designer Content Coordinator Set the overall social media direction and campaign goals Approve content calendars and posting schedules Lead short weekly team check-ins Ensure our brand voice and visuals stay consistent Review posts before publishing Track performance (engagement, growth, reach) and adjust strategy Collaborate with other club directors on campaigns and events Help onboard and guide new team members At its core:you manage the team, guide the vision, and help us grow.
