At Orangetheory Fitness, we are a leading fitness franchise organization with multiple locations across the US and Canada, and a growing number of new fitness studios in development both nationally and internationally.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Sales Associates, known within our organization as Program Specialists or 'Orange Ambassadors.' Our focus is not on traditional 'selling,' but on sharing a transformative experience with our customers. Through scientifically-proven methods, we help individuals achieve their fitness goals and unlock their full potential.

The Sales Associate role at Orangetheory Fitness plays a crucial part in managing various front-of-house operations at our fitness studios, with a key emphasis on providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

Establishing and managing a successful referral program
Maintaining accurate records using designated OTF sales systems
Conducting phone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care services
Leading studio previews for potential clients and fitness program participants
Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all members and guests
Following a detailed daily studio cleaning checklist
Participating in scheduled OTF workouts
Keeping the lobby and front desk area organized and tidy
Processing transactions efficiently and accurately
Engaging with prospective clients and addressing their needs promptly
Assisting in the onboarding process for new OTF clients
Collaborating with the Fitness Team to ensure smooth operations
Attending relevant training programs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Outstanding customer service abilities
Prior sales experience, including proficiency in sales techniques
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet)
Passion for health and fitness
High school diploma or equivalent
Capacity to thrive in a team-oriented setting
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
