    Ropes Course Attendant

    We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Ropes Course Attendants. As a key member of our indoor amusement park, you'll help guests conquer their fears and reach new heights on our multi-level ropes course.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome all guests entering the ropes course area with a smile.
    • Instruct, lead, and supervise guests safely through the ropes course, following standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure guests meet height, weight, and clothing requirements by following standard operating procedures.
    • Properly fit harnesses according to WonderWorks' training and course manufacturer's requirements.
    • Prolong standing, walking, balancing, stooping, and climbing to various areas of the attraction.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • Able to stand, walk, climb, balance, and lift/move up to 100 pounds.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong observational skills and operational risk management skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs.
    • Able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Previous experience in high ropes courses, ziplines, or climbing is preferred.

    Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
