Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Power Electronics Engineer to play a key role in the design, simulation, and development of electric vehicles for various platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive systems, EV (Electrical Vehicle) subsystems and components, their control and related hardware and will have practical experience in EV platform development.
As an Electric Vehicle Power Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical platforms.Qualification and Skills:
BE or Masters degree in Power Electronics Engineering Minimum of 5+ years related experience and/or equivalent combination of Industry.
Experience in Transportation domain of, automotive, Aerospace and defense and/or Rail Electric vehicle in Inversion & Conversion, Battery charger/Management system applications Expertise in various Power Electronics Converter topologies (Non-isolated and Isolated DC/DC Converters, DC/AC Inverters), Power device like MOSFETS, IGBT, SiC etc and EMI/EMC filter Expertise in Motor control and Algorithm development.
Proficiency in design and analysis of EV system for optimized Size, weight, Power and cost. Experience in magnetic design is added advantage. Experience in Simulation (MATLAB, p-Spice and LtSpice), analysis, modeling as part of design and developmentJob Responsibilities:
