    Description

    Our client is a leader in providing specialized electronic components for a variety of industries such as military, space, medical, and industrial sectors. With a rich history of more than 35 years, they offer a wide range of services including die processing, custom packaging, and interconnect solutions, ensuring comprehensive support for various applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop new processes and implement changes in product flow to support the production ramp-up of RF Systems products.
    • Collaborate with team members to drive process improvements and provide necessary training to operators.
    • Attend weekly Technical Review Board (TRB) meetings to address discrepant material, identify root causes, and document corrective actions.
    • Define requirements for assembly tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance manufacturing operations.
    • Maintain assembly equipment on a daily basis to minimize downtime and perform preventive maintenance when needed.
    • Spearhead the integration of new automation assembly equipment including programming and process qualifications.
    • Participate in design reviews to ensure product and process compatibility.

    Educational Background and Experience:

    • Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in a microelectronic manufacturing environment is essential.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Statistical Analysis Software is mandatory.
    • Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) is a must.
