Project Description:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a need for FSMS Cloud Migration to support the continuation of the Financial Systems Modernization (FSM) program in support of the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Client States Coast Guard (USCG), also known as the TRIO.

Role Description:

The Oracle Federal Financial Functional will support the subject areas in Order to Cash (O2C), Budget to Report (B2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P).

Oracle Functional analyst will need to work with the business process leads to Analyze requirements with DHS Component Agencies, configure Oracle modules, and design Oracle RICEW.

Independently conduct Oracle demonstrations and be responsible for Fit / Gap analysis. Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents. Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the analysis through design phases related to Oracle modules. Functional analyst with knowledge and experience in Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order Management Modules.

Oracle AR Functional analyst may need to work with the O2C lead to analyze requirements with clients Component Agencies, configure Oracle modules, and design Oracle RICEW.

Independently conduct Oracle demonstrations and be responsible for Fit / Gap analysis. Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents. Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the analysis through design phases related to Oracle modules. Candidate should have very good knowledge of Oracle O2C Setups and functionality. Candidate should have knowledge of Federal Financial Accounting. Candidate should have very good knowledge of Oracle B2R and Project Accounting Setups and functionality. Candidate should have knowledge of Federal Financial Accounting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidate should also be able to demonstrate multiple projects experience with configuring AR and PA Setups and functionality.
Strong in Oracle Federal Financials GL, AR, AP, PO, Fed Admin and Project Module of Oracle EBS Release 12t least 6 years of experience in complete life cycle of a complex Oracle Application projectKnowledge on DHS TRIO (DNDO, TSA and USCG) Project is PREFERREDMust be able to work onsiteble to multitask and work across many cross functional and matrix teamsExperience with Sunflower
