    JOB SUMMARY
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

    Talent Acquisition Director

    to join our growing team.

    This position involves overseeing the entire talent acquisition process, from workforce planning to onboarding, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent.

    The Director collaborates closely with senior leadership and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with the organization's objectives. The role is responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization's staffing needs. Director will report to Vice President, Talent Management.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    1.


    Strategic Talent Planning:
    Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

    Recruitment Management:
    Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Implement best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience.

    Metrics and Reporting:
    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

    Team Leadership:


    Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing guidance on recruitment strategies and ensuring alignment with the overall organizational goals.

    5.


    Stakeholder Collaboration:


    Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning.

    6.


    Employer Branding:


    Develop and execute initiatives to enhance Artisan Design Group's employer brand, ensuring a compelling and attractive proposition for potential candidates.

    7.


    Diversity and Inclusion:


    Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects our values.

    8.


    Technology Integration:
    Leverage technology solutions to optimize the recruitment process, enhance efficiency, and provide data-driven insights.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.

    Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience 10+ years in talent acquisition leadership roles, with a focus on recruiting for complex matrix organizations.
    • Strong understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant HR technologies.
