WHAT WE NEED:
Preventative and timely corrective maintenance are key elements in successfully satisfying customer and consumer relationships. In this role, in a cooperative working environment, you will perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation, and preventative maintenance on advanced electro mechanical systems and programable logic circuits (PLCs) utilizing standard work practices in a safe and efficient manner to support production demands as well as facility repairs as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Support safety programs and policies to protect personnel, product, equipment, environmental and team safety
Complete preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to maximize efficiency and limit downtime
Provide input utilizing expertise to continuous improvement efforts
Root cause troubleshooting and repair for all production and facility related components, to include but not limited to: robots, motors, servos, pneumatic and electrical inputs and PLCs
Leverage electrical experience to support troubleshooting of peripheral equipment
Be an involved team member in providing technical support to operations team for training and staff development
Requirements:WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
To perform this job successfully, performing each outlined duty satisfactorily is essential. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge base, skill set or ability required for success.
HS Diploma (or equivalent)
o Associates degree in an engineering or manufacturing field, licensing, or equivalent trade school technical training highly preferred
o Applicable experience in lieu of education or licensing
Minimum of three (3) years electro mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting to root cause is required
Experience in manufacturing environment working to meet GMP, OSHA and EPA standards
Skills and Knowledge:
Proficient reading and interpreting schematics
Ability to use complex analytical and measuring tools
Proficiency with hand, portable power, and shop tools
Able to use multi-meter and other associated electrical measurement tools
Provide feedback for PM and process improvement or modification based on observations
Able to read and understand Rockwell Logix 5000 ladder logic to diagnose issues
Able to identify and replace common electrical components when faultey (fuse, motors, photo eyes, etc)
Able to replace frequency drives and program
Familiar with HMI protocols
Familiarity with robots and CNC machining

Compensation details: 30-35 Hourly Wage
