- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Training and development of employees
- Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
- Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Perform daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.
- Communicate and interact with other departments and customers.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- 3 or more years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar supervisor/management role..
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). .
- Possession of a valid driver's license required
- 3+ years of experience and knowledge in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS program preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
